Privacy Policy

Fit Activate is an online coaching practice run by two brothers, Anubhav (in Dubai) and Anuj (in London). For any privacy question, email coach@fitactivate.fit. Last updated 26 July 2026.

When you use our Book a Call form we collect your first name, email address, WhatsApp number, your goal, how you describe your current training, when you would like to start, and anything you choose to add in the optional message box. If you go on to train with us, we also collect what you share during coaching.

The optional message box lets you tell us about injuries or health matters. This is health information, a special category of personal data under UK data protection law. We only collect it if you choose to share it, we use it solely to prepare for your call and coach you safely, and we do not share it with anyone else.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for your intro call, and provide coaching if you go ahead. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form; for any health information you share, our basis is your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Only Anubhav and Anuj. Enquiries are stored securely and emailed to the two coaches. We use trusted providers to run our website, database and email, who process data only on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

On our providers' secure servers. As we operate from Dubai and London and use online tools, your data may be processed in more than one country; we take steps to keep it protected.

Only as long as we need it to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as you train with us and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the UK ICO.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, in an aggregated way.
